Since its inception, the Buffalo Neuroimaging Analysis Center (BNAC) has been establishing itself as a world leader in global and regional quantitative brain measurements in multiple sclerosis (MS) and other neurodegenerative disorders. The Center is committed to the development of new analysis techniques geared toward obtaining a more complete understanding of underlying disease processes and treatment effects. The BNAC strives to determine the influence of cardiovascular abnormalities using improved diagnostic tools, and to firmly establish their relationship to neurodegenerative neurological disease and aging, as well as its clinical, MRI and genetic correlates.
