Senior Biostatistician and Research Scientist

Jesper Hagemeier earned his PhD from the VU University, Amsterdam, the Netherlands for his research on the involvement of brain iron deposition in multiple sclerosis. He joined the BNAC in 2011 as an MRI Fellow, where he currently holds the position as Senior Biostatistician and Research Scientist, and works on translating advanced statistical methods to practical research applications. He has published numerous clinical articles using MRIs of individuals with neurological disorders, mostly focusing on MRI techniques sensitive to brain iron depositions.
