ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT

The Administrative Unit manages a variety of tasks.  Such responsibilities include administrative projects (Human Resources, Visiting Scholars, Document Management, Training Record Management, Resident Research Training), coordination of scientific meetings/educational programs, both internal and CME-accredited (arranging travel accommodations for attendees, conference center arrangements, agenda preparation, in-site coordination, etc.), research activities (providing assistance or preparing correspondence, preparing manuscripts, grants, travel planning both national and international).
 

The unit includes several Administrative  and Research Assistants from the various Units, which are assigned to serve as Administrative Assistants, Document Managers and Training Record Managers.
